Email support@cognifyr.co from the address you use for WeightGPT. Tell us what happened, your device model and app version. Never send your password or payment card details.

Your account

For a password reset, choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. To delete your account, open Profile, Settings, then Delete account. You can also request deletion through support.

Membership and coach credits

Tell us which product you purchased and include the order reference from your receipt. We can help investigate purchases and access. Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings. Web subscriptions are managed from the app’s billing management link.

Exercise demos and plans

If a demo does not load or a plan seems wrong for your equipment, include the exercise name and a screenshot. Stop an exercise if it causes pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help.

App availability

The Android listing is on Google Play and an updated release is being prepared. The iOS app is awaiting App Store review. We will update the download links when each release becomes available.
